409 Manukau Road
This is a 1915 building that needed a total refurbishment to accommodate the new hospitality tenant. This was a 3-stage consent project. We removed the original timber floor and replaced it with a concrete floor, a complete seismic installation and landlord base build works incl. upgraded mechanical, electrical and plumbing/drainage. New façade joinery and external painting.
The Dairy Hotel, Queenstown
JMT Consulting is providing ongoing support to the owners with regards to coordination of vendor works, QLDC external works and ongoing maintenance and repairs.
61 Beach Street, Queenstown
JMT Consulting project managed the landlord base build works to accommodate the new retail and hospitality tenants. This included a total interior demolition, upgraded electrical and mechanical and interior & exterior paint, ready for the tenant fit-outs.

We provided project management services in the complete façade redevelopment, incl. a demolition package, new signage and complete re-paint.
